1. The manuscript to be translated will be counted by Chinese characters--"WORD/tools/word count/number of characters (excluding spaces)". The remaining part which is less than 1,000 characters will be counted as 1,000 characters.
2. Original non-electronic version provided by the client will be counted by "line" multiplied by "column" (including the punctuation marks).
3. Normal translation productivity: 2,500-3,000 Chinese characters/day/person. There will be a 30%-50% surcharge under urgent requirements.
4. The rates above are for reference only. Accurate quotation will be based on the field of the content, technical processing complexity and delivery time. The translation prices of different documents may vary greatly. We will make a reasonable offer after comprehensive consideration of various factors.

1. Interpreter working hours is 8 hours/day/person (simultaneous interpretation excluded), less than 4 hours will be calculated on a half-day basis, more than 4 hours less than 8 hours on a one day basis.
2. Client will have to pay for the interpreter’s transportation, accommodation, insurance and other expenses should business trips needed. There will be a 30%-50% surcharge under urgent requirements.
