The Chinese Government Scholarship Scheme (Enrollment Quota

The Ministry of Education of China (MOE) has established to provide both full scholarships and partial scholarships to international students and scholars. This is in accordance with the educational exchange agreements reached between MOE and governments of other countries, organizations, education institutions and relevant international organizations. The scheme supports students who come to study in China as undergraduates, postgraduates, Chinese language students, general scholars, or senior scholars.
CHINA/UNESCO C the Great Wall Fellowship Scheme
This is a special full scholarship scheme set up by MOE for candidates recommended by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). It is only available to applicants who come to study as general scholars or senior scholars.
Chinese Government Scholarship Program (EU Window)
This full scholarship scheme is set up by MOE for high school graduates or university students from EU to study Chinese for one year in China.
Chinese Government Special Scholarship Scheme-University Postgraduate Study Program (Enrollment Quota specified by MOE)
Also funded MOE, this is a full scholarship where Chinese universities under the 985 Project directly enroll master's degree students and doctoral candidates into their academic programs.
Chinese Government Special Scholarship Scheme-Degree Study in Provinces and Autonomous Regions Program (Enrollment Quota specified by MOE)
MOE funded, this full scholarship is where local education departments in provinces, autonomous regions, and designated Chinese universities enroll international students in their bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree program.
Distinguished International Students Scholarship Scheme
It was established by the MOE to sponsor outstanding international students who have finished their Bachelor's education or higher in China, and have either been enrolled by designated Chinese institutions for higher academic pursuits or are now carrying out their Master's or Doctoral studies in those designated institutions.
HSK Winner Scholarship Scheme
A full scholarship scheme established by the MOE to support international students who are the winners in the HSK test (Chinese Proficiency Test) held overseas to study Chinese in China. Applicants may apply to the CSC through the HSK test organizing institutions or Chinese diplomatic missions.
Chinese Cultural Research Fellowship Scheme
Established by MOE, this scheme sponsors overseas scholars and specialists of Chinese culture to conduct short-term research and exchanges in China.
The Short-term Scholarship Scheme for Foreign Teachers of Chinese Language (Enrollment Quota Specified according to MOE Scholarship Scheme)
MOE funded scheme to sponsor international teachers of Chinese language to do short-term training and research in China.

Confucius Institute Scholarship
